This course teaches students Christian ethics views on traditionally important problems in ethics from different perspectives. The lectures are designed as a space to discuss and reflect on Christian responses to the problems of the environment, sexuality, family life, freedom and politics, power, poverty and work, consumerism, the beginning and end of life, and so on.

The course is designed in a way that will be taught throughout through the academic year 2024-2025 and in three parts:
1. Christian ethics - New testament perspactive with dr Rollin Grams (Winter semester, I. intensive)
2. Christian ethics - contemporary themes with dr Meego Remmel (Winter semester, III. intensive)
3. Christian ethics - Old Testament perspoectives with dr Christopher Wright (Spring semester, IV. intensive)

Each colloquium will be followed by an assignment given by the respective lecturer and in a form of writing an essay. The final grade will be a sum of the grades per colloquium.
